Achieva Technology Trading Terms and Conditions

Informations below will applies to all Achieva Technology Australia customers.

Pricing

• All prices are EXCLUSIVE of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Prices, contents, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.
• All purchases must be on Purchase Order. with your company name, contact name, Achieva Code, quantity, purchase order number.

Online Payments

• We will process your order once the funds are cleared, unless arrangements is made with our accounts department.
• Purchase can be payed by cash, company & bank cheque, direct deposit or credit card.

Freight & Delivery

• Under any circumstances, freight costs and insurance are borne by the purchaser. If courier is not specified, ACHIEVA TECHNOLOGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD will use courier of its choice and cost will be borne by the customer.
• ACHIEVA TECHNOLOGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD will not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit by couriers or postal services.

Warranty

• Warranty is one year on all components unless specified.
• Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with items purchased from ACHIEVA TECHNOLOGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.
• ACHIEVA TECHNOLOGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
• Goods returned for warranty that have been found to have no fault will be charged a minimum service fee of $15.
• Goods returned under warranty must be in their original condition and packaging. Warranty is void if warranty labels have been tampered with or removed. Customer bears transport charges both ways of warranty return items.
• Product returned for non-technical reasons attracts a 10% restocking fee. Non defective products must be returned in original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of purchase. The goods are to remain in title & property of ACHIEVA TECHNOLOGY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD till fully paid.
